We take accuracy seriously, because getting a date or a fee wrong can cost a learner real money. Please do not send us your driving licence number, test reference, or any payment details. We have no way to act on them and you should only ever share those with the official service.
A note on what we cannot do
We cannot chase a refund for you, move your test, find you a slot, or speak to the DVSA on your behalf. Since 2026 only the learner can manage their own booking, so even the official rules require you to handle your test yourself. Our role is to make sure you know exactly how.
